Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our work. This policy explains how refunds work for Avanzeta LLC services.
Cancellation — before work begins
You may cancel any service before we begin work on it. If you cancel before we start your project, you receive a full refund of any amount paid.
After work begins
Once work has started, deposits cover the time and resources already committed and are non-refundable. If we have not yet delivered a first draft, you may receive a partial refund based on the work completed.
After delivery
Because our services are custom digital work delivered to you, fees for completed and delivered services are non-refundable. We include two rounds of revisions to make sure you are happy with the result.
Third-party costs
Third-party costs already paid on your behalf (such as domain registration or email provider subscriptions) are non-refundable, as they are charged by the provider, not by Avanzeta.
